In the wave of national fitness and healthy China,the comprehensive development of student quality education has become the goal of school education.School sports is an important part of the national fitness and a basic way to improve the health of the national health.This paper compares and analyzes the impact of different physical education modes of Shanghai's three specialized schools and Jiujiang's three non-specialized schools on students' physical health,and analyzes the causes of the differences in physical fitness between specialized and non-specialized students.Provide comprehensive reference for the development of physical fitness and improve the physical health of students.Research purposes:This study tests the physical fitness of some high school specialized schools in Shanghai and some non-specialized schools in Jiujiang,and statistically analyzes the measurement results.Through comparative study,this paper analyzes the differences between the physical fitness of students in Shanghai High School and the non-specialized students in Jiujiang High School.It analyzes the causes of physical differences among students in the two regions,finds problems and makes corresponding suggestions.Through research and analysis,it provides some enlightenment and reference for the reform and innovation of non-specialized school physical education curriculum to enhance students' physical health and help students cultivate the habits and consciousness of lifelong sports.Research method:In this paper,we use the literature data method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and interview method to randomly select 3 special schools in Shanghai and 3 non-specialized schools in Jiujiang City.The total number of students is 440.There are 106 male students and 115 female students,109 non-specialized male students and 110 female students.After one semester of physical education,the relevant indicators of students selected in specialized schools and non-specialized schools are measured and analyzed.Research result:Body shape: 1.Pre-and post-test comparison,the weight of specialized boys and specialized girls were significantly different(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in height and BMI(P>0.05).2.In the post-test comparison between specialized and non-specialized students,there was a significant difference in male body weight(P<0.05),no significant difference in height and BMI(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in girls(P>0.05)..Physical function: 1.Pre-and post-test comparison,specialized boys had significant differences(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the vital capacity of the specialized girls(P>0.05).2.In the post-test comparison between specialized and non-specialized students,there was a significant difference between boys(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the vital capacity of girls(P>0.05),but the lung capacity increased.Physical quality: 1.Before and after the specialization,there was a significant difference between the specialized boys and the long jump(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the 50 m and 1000 m and the pull-ups(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the specialized girls in standing long jump,sitting position flexion,800 meters,and sit-ups(P<0.05).2,in the specialization and non-specialized chemical post-test comparison,the boys set a long jump,50,pull-ups,1000 meters have significant differences.There was a significant difference in the flexion of the female body(P<0.01),standing ups and standing up,and there was a significant difference at 800 meters(P<0.05).Research conclusions: The physique health level of the specialized students after the special teaching in one semester is more obvious than that of the non-specialized students.The specialized teaching has a positive impact on the students' physique.
