The environment in the education teaching reform the transformation ofeducation teaching idea focus falls on the students how to learn. Shift form meet theneeds the students unity of the collective learning to meet their needs. We havealready had a few schools carry out the cooperative teaching pattern reform and havemade remarkable achievements, has formed a set of effective experience. In order tocomprehensively promote reform and development of teaching mode of thecountryside junior middle school, change the countryside junior middle schooleducation present situation. this study aims to research factors and difficulties in theprocess of the cooperative teaching pattern reform solution, the countryside juniormiddle school teaching mode in south of Jiangxi area presented as samples toinvestigate.Firstly, It based on the research of the cooperative teaching pattern at home andabroad were reviewed, an idea of the formation process of cooperative teaching modeof theory and research progress, provide the basis for reform. It’s including theoreticalexploration, practical exploration and practical exploration. Practice exploration formthe high school reforms to Du Lang Kou mode, middle school and high school, east toShanxi Taigu County expanding range of reforms. Tide waves surges, now has moreschools joined the ranks of the reform.Secondly, The teaching status quo of Jiangxi region to do the interviewinvestigation, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, found the severalshortcomings of traditional teaching mode:(1) It can’t really train the students’ abilityto solve practical problems.(2) Contains the students’ innovative ability.(3)It ignoresthe student main body consciousness.(4) It ignores students’ individual differences,not according to large number of investigation, the status and problems of each schoolmade a detailed analysis, find out the factors hindering the plight of teaching modelreform, including the concept, ability, habit, system and material several importantfactors. Found to promote cooperation teaching model reform of main difficulties:(1)Understanding of cooperative teaching mode reform subject.(2) The lack of teachersand students teaching ability and cooperation teaching model match each other.(3)It’s the traditional teaching behavior habit is hard to change.(4)The cooperativeteaching pattern matching system does not reach the designated position.(5) Thecooperative teaching pattern of environment is not ideal.Thirdly, we based on the five analyzes the dilemma the inner source of teachingmode reform. From the reform of the idea of subject consciousness, teachers’ and students’ ability of teaching and learning, teachers and students of teaching andlearning habits, reform the management system and material guarantee to five aspectswere analyzed. According to regional characteristics, and puts forward somecountermeasures for rational school practical condition, the government, schoolleaders and the reform of the community of teachers and students respectively putforward the corresponding countermeasures. Lies mainly in the following five aspects:the improvement countermeasures:(1) The subject concept transformation.(2) Thecooperation between teachers and students teaching ability.(3) Teaching betweenteachers and students cultivate good behavior habits.(4) To improve the schoolmanagement system, teachers’ teaching evaluation system and exam system safeguardmeasures of appraisal system, etc.(5) Leadership attaches great importance to, publicopinion support, full of resources, environment protection measures.In the end, For the all-round cooperation teaching mode reform, especially likeJiangxi region education poor areas to a fundamental, to the "cooperation" to win thedevelopment, to create the future reform, the new features of regional innovationteaching reform.
