Our government have conducted a number of surveys about the physical health of adolescents since 1985,and the results show that the adolescent physique is a downward trend. So the physique and health of the students is becoming more and more people’s concern and attention. Now physical education class appeared, such as the trend of "desalination motor skills", "herding sheep" teaching methods, ignoring the acquisition of motor skills which make the students lose the support of participating in sports.Bring into full play the physical education function of the schools is an effective way to improve students’ physical quality, its essence is a professor of motion method, the cultivation of the interest in sport, the acquisition of motor skills and the cultivation of exercise habits.There are still pretty serious problems during the current physical education of primary and secondary schools,such as the older PE class is basically the continuation and repeat of physical education which neither make any big changes in the content nor hard to let the students learn a motor skill, on the contrary, it causes a great deal of boredom for the students to sports classroom after the 12 years’ learning which includes 1 260 hours from the grade one of elementary school to high school. To fundamentally improve the physical health status of young students, the teachers should put the focus on PE class to improve students’ motor skill on the "practicing".This research uses the literature material, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, interviews and other research methods, Which seize the reality of the lack of "practicing" in physical education class and are based on the sports courses of "learning、practicing、racing、using" idea, and set out from how to "practicing" in the process of the student to obtain motor skill, the connotation of "practicing" itself, the inherent law of "practicing", combined with the questionnaire investigation to physical education teachers of primary and secondary school students, The reach found that the lack of "practicing" in the current primary and secondary school physical education curriculum is mainly manifested in the following aspects, such as the“wrong ”of practicing、the“incomplete”of practicing、the“shallow”of practicing、the“joyless”of practicing、the“intermittent”of practicing、the“lack”of practicing、and the“old-fashioned”of practicing which lead to the formation of sports skills.In view of the various problems in "practicing", need to do the following in the physical education class: firstly, pay attention to "practicing", secondly, to understand "practicing"; thirdly, "practicing" correctly. To "practicing" correctly by a rational and scientific way, we should pay attention to the following problems: first, fully understanding the classification principle of motor skills, as common sports technique can be divided into large, small and medium difficulty, as well as from other aspects reference classification; second, grasping and following the rules of skill formation and the provisions of the curriculum model of school of the sports courses of "learning、practicing、racing and using", mastering the movement skill formation in each stage of the role of the practice, practicing methods of movement technology,etc.; third, implement effective monitoring and evaluation; fourth. stimulating and keeping the motivation.This research draws the following conclusions through the study of the above content: first, to promote PE class student movement and health, is an effective way,and the key lies in the motor skills teaching; second, reasonable "practicing" is the basic way to motor skill form; third, the current primary and secondary school physical education due to the lack of "practicing" and not conducive to the formation of motor skills, cannot achieve the purpose of promoting students physical health;fourth, the acquisition of motor skills to the students is different because of the difficulty of sports. And putting forward the following suggestions according to the conclusions: First,Physical education class should with "practicing" to help the student to obtain motor skill.Second,putting into force the sports courses of "learning、practicing、racing and using" in primary and middle school; Third,in addition to carry out reasonable approaches, some tough measures also should be taken for the acquisition of sports skills, such as the sports included in the college entrance examination, etc. Fourth,the primary and secondary school sports class should choose appropriate difficulty of sports teaching.
