The Ministry of Education specially formulated Middle School Teachers’ Professional Standards(Trial)in February, 2012 to advocate teachers to “set good example for people; impart knowledge and educate people; self-esteem and self-discipline; inflect middle school students with personality and knowledge charisma to become the leader and guide for middle school students in their healthy development”. An attractive teacher can make students “trust your master and follow your way”, as a guiding light to illuminate the way of life for students and promote students to have a rapid and healthy growth, which is a great benefit for teachers’ personality charisma. However, in reality part of middle school teachers have such problems as deviation of value orientation, dilute of professional ideal, and professional misconduct, which lead to decline or absence of personality charisma in different degree. The middle school students from 12 to 18 years old, which are just in a critical period of developing world view, philosophy and their view of value, whether politics teachers who are devoted to the educating of ideology, morality and laws own personality charisma has especially important implications and influence.First,this paper analyzes the important significance of exploring the path of developing personality charisma of middle school teachers, then this paper reviews domestic and international literature to establish the foundation for the following discussion. Then, this article introduces the meaning of some core concepts, on the basis of this, it reveals the essential characteristics of middle school politics teachers’ personality charm: political nature, advocating morality, guidance and so on, which provides guidance for the path selection as below; then it sums up middle school politics teachers should have the core charm, key charm and charm that is necessary, which will target our efforts to develop middle school politics teachers’ personality charm. The focal point of the paper lies in the fourth section and the fifth section. The fourth section clarifies the main problems that hinder the formation of politics teachers’ personality charisma, and then it discusses the roots of main problems. Then it is the key and foothold of this paper. According to the causes of problems, the paper explores the path selection of the political teachers’ personality charm from three aspects, including the middle school political teachers, schools and education authorities: firstly, politics teachers in middle school should always adhere to the core position of "morality cultivation; firmly establish the lofty occupation ideal; pay attention to self-adjustment to form positive healthy and stable teaching attitude; stick to the view of lifelong study and continued accumulation and update their professional knowledge; stress on teaching and learning reform, enhance the level of education and teaching; adhere to temper the language arts in order to improve the ability of describing with words in class. Next, schools should focus on moral quality led by prominent ethics investigation; lay stress on political quality and strengthen political guidance; establish and perfect teachers’ learning training system and excellent teachers assessment system of rewards and propaganda. Finally, department of education should adjust and regulate the middle school political lesson in high school curriculum system in the positioning; develop and supervise the implementation of the norms of professional teachers. Middle school politics teachers should stimulate the intrinsic motivation of teachers’ personality charm under the occupation ideal incentive, make every effort to cultivate personality charm, which is the internal cause; schools and departments in charge of education lie in creating good atmosphere of teachers’ personality charm and creating an incentive, pressure system,which is external factors. Therefore, it is only in this way that combined the cause of interior with the cause of exterior factors, which is conductive to developing middle school politics teachers’ personality charm.
