Moral Education is a "moral value establishment and people cultivation" course,which is especially important for those primary and secondary school students whose psychological and physical development is not yet mature at the stage.The particularity and importance of Moral Education determine that the personal moral quality of the course teachers should match and thus they can use it and their personality charm to cultivate and influence students.Personality charm,as a compound word,refers to an extraordinary attractive force related to the aspects of a personal character,temperament,capacity and moral quality shown in their work and daily life.The research of the personality charm of the Moral Education teachers is of importance to fully implement nine-year compulsory education.It has following benefits of doing this research.Firstly,it is beneficial to establish the authority of teachers.Then it can help build good relationships between teachers and students.Moreover,it is conducive to foster correct life and values of students.Besides,it significantly benefits the enhancement of teaching effect and improvement of teaching quality.However,there is still great room for the present Moral Education to grow due to the impacts of subjective and objective reasons,such as the lack of corresponding ability of the course teachers,the imperfection of school teaching policy and the imperfection of educational evaluation system.Through the analysis of the reasons,this article lists several solutions of how to improve teachers' personality charm,including strengthening the construction of personality charm of teaching faculty,cultivating the charm of teaching language,improving the appetency charm of teachers and completing the charm cultivation of teachers themselves.Simultaneously,schools should enhance and perfect teaching evaluation and evaluation system,in addition,schools and society need to optimize the teaching environment of Moral Education teachers.
