Study On Promotion Ofldeological And Political Theory Teacher’s Charisma

Ideological and political work is an important work of morality education and related to the healthy growth of young students, political class is the main way of ideological and political education, Therefore decided to ideological and political theory course teachers must have a strong charisma, with their own personality and help shape the personality of contemporary students. Currently, part of the ideological and political theory ignores the powerful educational force of their personality, also ignored the needs of students for noble personality, these problems seriously affect the current effectiveness of ideological and political theory. Therefore, we stand on the perspective of contemporary college students to examine teacher charisma, Looking for ideological and political theory class teacher shortage, this paper is divided into four parts:Part Ⅰ: Introduction. The introduction focused on the research background, significance, current research done overall summary, and innovative research methods and a brief description of this article.Part Ⅱ:interpretation of the relevant concepts. Constituent elements of teacher’s charisma data analysis, the article attempts from the political, moral, times three aspects of ideological and political theory course teachers charisma features.Part Ⅲ:combined questionnaire and interview data analysis, objectively presented satisfaction with ideological and political course for Teacher’s language, knowledge, image, organization. Through data analysis problems and explains the weakening performance of charisma.Part Ⅳ:analyze the reasons for the ideological and political problems of teachers charisma.The review of the literature by combining questionnaire, interviews, and to summarize the reasons for six specific areas.Part Ⅴ:Ideological and Political Strategies to enhance teachers’ charisma. This is an important part of this article, the article analyzed from teachers, universities, government, community, work together to help improve the ideological and political theory teacher’s charisma.
