With the development of economy, the demand for skilled workers in China is increasing, and the vocational education is developing rapidly. But in the policy of higher education to expand the enrollment scale and the influence of Chinese traditional concept, vocational education is facing the dilemma of both the quantity and quality of the students. Under this background, in order to attract more students in the fierce competition., it is needed to improve the core competitiveness of the school. The school teacher team plays a decisive role in the quality of teaching. Therefore, the study of the technical school teachers’ incentive problems can improve teachers’ enthusiasm for work, improve the teaching level, and promote the development of the school in the long run.The L senior technical school as the research object, on the incentive theory and the total reward model based, analyzes the L senior technical school teacher incentive policy situation, by using the questionnaire survey and the interview method, analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the existing incentive policies. The incentive improvement program for L senior technical school teachers is based on this.
