Students’ misbehaviors in the classroom refer to students’ behaviors and psychological activities which do bad to physical and mental health of students as well as teachers’ at teaching time or place. It not only hinders learning efficiency, but also hinders teaching process. Therefore, it arouses confusion among students, parents and teachers. Research on students’ misbehaviors in the classroom is a valuable topic in educational management.The study carries on three aspects:⑴Investigate the behaviors, the characteristics and the reasons;⑵ Analyze the kinds of classroom misbehaviors of students;⑶Put forward the principles of correcting classroom misbehaviors.374 students of a Jiangsu high school are selected as the object by the author. The study tries to survey and analyze students’ misbehaviors in the classroom by document analysis, questionnaires survey and interview. The results are:⑴Four kinds of classroom misbehaviors of students.⑵Half of the high school students have classroom misbehaviors, which has the largest proportion of implicit unintentional misbehaviors.⑶Role and achievement of the students have significant relationship with their classroom misbehaviors.⑷Students’ misbehaviors in the classroom are affected by themselves, teachers, curriculum, family and environmental factors. Students tend to owe their misbehaviors to teachers, curriculum and themselves.⑸Teachers should follow three principles of misbehaviors management. |
