High school students live in a stage, where they behave daringly, and their thoughts are greatly resistant. And the high school stage is a very critical period for a person's whole life, during which time any unimaginable problems can occur easily. Meanwhile, in this period, high school students are facing physical maturity and all kinds of pressures. Suffering from the enrollment rate, some students have a heavy schoolwork burden. They lose interest in studying and make some misbehaviors in class. These behaviors can not only cause conflict between teachers and students in class,discipline problems, interference to the normal activities of teaching, and also affect the students' development of mind and body. So,learning the situation of the high—school pupils'classroom misbehaviors ,improving the level of dealing with the students' misbehaviors in class for middle school teachers is particularly important.In order to learn the situation of the high—school pupils'classroom misbehaviors and propose effective strategies of reply, I selected 260 students and 62 teachers from Y middle school in Tai'an city as research objects, consulted large available literature, filled many questionnaires, surveyed about the performance of high school students'classroom misbehaviors, and analyzed the causes, the measures for teachers to cope .Detailed survey results are as follows:1. It is universale that high school students have explicit misbehaviors;2. High school students'recessive misbehaviors are serious ;3. High school students'misbehaviors have grade otherness;4.The reasons causing high school students'misbehaviors are complex. They are influenced by pupils, teachers, school environment, family and other social comprehensive factors, of which the students think the teachers'botched teaching behavior is the most important reason, and the teachers believe that the students' factor is the main reason, 5. Teachers respond both positively and negatively ,mainly adopts two kinds of coping styles: processing after-school and stopping classes to criticize。The research is based on the combination of the result of investigation with the new curriculum management concepts, it puts forward effective strategies from three aspects: prevention strategies,control strategies, corrective strategies.
