The middle school stage is a crucial period in which people develop in both of physical and mental. In this period, students are not mature, and ambivalent in independence and dependence. In this period, the majority of junior high school students have not developed good habits in study and behavior, and there are always various classroom misbehaviors.Physical education plays an irreplaceable role which improves young people in good health, mental health and adaptive capacity to society. It is considered to be a valuable means of education since ancient times. However, there are always all kinds of classroom misbehaviors in PE classes, because physical education attaches importance to competitive sports, which is very different from other academic courses in the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching environment. If the problems could not be solved properly, the classroom order would be disrupted and the normal classroom activities would be affected. Furthermore, it will cause the conflicts between teachers and students and have effect on students'development in healthy.In this study, 120 middle school PE teachers and 520 middle school students from four middle schools in Nan Gang District of Harbin are selected as the object for the study. Using interviews, questionnaires, statistics and mathematical statistic methods, this paper analyzed the causes of Classroom Misbehaviors ,and pointes out that there are many reasons from both of students and teachers for the problem as followings: teacher-student relationship, teaching and learning methods, evaluation of physical education, classroom management etc.Secondly, this paper introduces a strategy to solve Classroom Misbehaviors in middle school physical education class, under the guidance of the new curriculum standards for P.E. This paper pointes out that it is an integrated, complex system project which needs multi-angle, multi-level governance instead of one or two reform methods.For teachers, they should update their teaching concept and change their roles in PE class; in teacher-student relationship, a new relationship should be established, namely, harmony, equality, democracy and cooperation. Concerning the choice of teaching content, under the guidance of the "Health First" idea, teaching content should be rich and varied in order to facilitate all-round development of students in physically and mentally; concerning the PE teaching and study methods, the PE teachers innovate in their teaching idea according to the new curriculum standards, and pay attention to guidance of study method specially make students master the study method of independent and co-operation. Concerning the content of teaching evaluation, it is necessary to consider that not only students'skills and physical ability but also the students'physical education and health knowledge, attitude of study, team spirit. Concerning the form of teaching evaluation, it is necessary to consider the evaluation of both teachers and students. Concerning the teaching management, teachers should mainly prevent the Classroom Misbehaviors and take methods to correct the students timely.
