Kindergarten teachers currently are confronted with unprecedented development opportunity and challenge at the same time, due to the vocational education springs up along with the pre-school education draws great attention in the society.This trend pushes the major of kindergarten teacher training into the social focus, requiring the future teachers to be the versatile specialists. Courses have to be arranged towards this goal.Among these courses, Chinese plays a specially important role in improving the kindergarten teachers’ comprehensive quality. On the one hand the employers and parents have growing expectation and demands onto the kindergarten teachers, but on the other hand the middle vocational schools have lowering enrollment qualifications. Undoubtedly this core course is strongly shocked. Traditional teaching method features stiff teaching mode and rigid article analysis, giving little consideration to the basis and demand of the students. Subsequently happy learning is but a slogan to them. Therefore we have a long way to go for the goal of culturing specialists and marching Chinese teaching with other skill-training courses in the middle vocational education.This research is based on the author’s experience in Chinese teaching of middle vocational teachers for many years. Observing students’ interests and habit,she puts forwards the method of adding skills,i.e, speaking,singing,playing,dancing and painting, into Chinese class, hoping that this measure could arouse the passion and interest in Chinese class and strengthen their participation and finally improve the effectiveness of Chinese teaching. With this breakthrough, we can balance every student’s nature through the similarity between art skills and language learning under the direction of both vocational and life-time development. The traditional teaching would be completely reformed and the students will grasp the knowledge and skills in a happy environment, laying a good foundation for the future kindergarten teaching.The article is divided into 4 parts:Chapter one: Shedding light on the necessity of reform.Chapter two: Analysis of feasibility of adding the speaking, singing, playing, dancing and painting into the Chinese teaching.Chapter three: Making a value proposition of adding these skills.Chapter four: explanation of actual operation of adding these skills into Chinese teaching.
