Purpose:Middle-aged, the physiological indexes of decline will lead to the emergence of chronic diseases such as hypertension,Such as heart disease, bronchitis, tummy bug. Middle-aged people sick reason is not only caused by natural aging, and mental health, and personal job fatigue degree, social and family pressure and so on has the close relation. Especially more middle-aged people carry the heavy family, social obligation, because of the particularity of this kind of crowd, especially need to get the attention of the whole society, therefore, the study of middle-aged lower limb bone mineral density and body composition is very important for the health, the study to investigate 16 weeks spinning sport for all ages middle-aged lower limb bone mineral density and body composition and the influence of the change of various index differences between men and women all ages, provide theoretical basis for guiding the middle-aged scientific fitness.Methods:randomly selected 9145 to 59 healthy middle-aged, middle-aged male 37,54, middle-aged women in the two groups in heart rate control exercise intensity, exercise intervention for 16 weeks, exercise time each time about 45 min, three times a week, the middle-aged lower limb bone mineral density and body composition index before and after the intervention for testing. Test indicators are:body shape, height, weight, bone mineral density, bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content (BMC), surface Area (Area), body composition, muscle content (SLBM), fat (PBF), the removal of the fat weight (LBM) and fat percentage (PBF%), regional fat percentage (PBF%), statistical processing and analysis of test data, so as to evaluate its fitness effect.Results:after the intervention of middle-aged people of lower limb bone mineral density and body composition are changed significantly (p< 0.01), middle-aged men in spinning after the intervention, thigh bone mineral content, fat thighs, thigh fat percentage, fat thighs area percentage in three age groups had significant difference (p< 0.05), a middle-aged women in spinning after the intervention, thighs, thigh fat percentage and thigh muscle content area percentage of fat in the three age groups have significant difference (p< 0.05),45-49 age group of middle-aged men and women thigh fat content in the spinning intervention for 16 weeks after the change of the value the significant difference (p< 0.05), the thigh fat percentage, fat thighs area percentage in the change of the values before and after the intervention had very significant difference (p< 0.01); 55 to 59 age group of middle-aged men and women of the thigh bone mineral content, thigh muscle content, fat thighs, thigh fat percentage, fat thighs area percentage change in 16 weeks after spinning intervention value happened very significant difference (p< 0.01).Conclusions and Suggestions:(1) the 16 weeks of spinning intervention can improve the middle-aged lower limb bone mineral density and body composition, performance for lower limb bone mineral density and body composition index has a different degree of increase or decrease. (2) the spinning intervention program for 16 weeks of age 55 and 59 middle age 45-49 years old age, middle-aged men and women had a greater influence on the body composition, suggests that this set of fitness plan for middle-aged men aged 55 to 59 fitness effect is better than that of 45-49 and 50 to 55 years old, middle-aged male fitness effect, the age 45-49 middle-aged women fitness is better than 50 to 55 years old and middle-aged women aged 55 to 59 fitness effect. (3) 16 weeks spinning fitness plan for 45-49 years old of middle-aged women exercise is better than 45-middle-aged men fitness effect,49,50 and 54, fitness effect is not obvious differences in middle-aged men and women, middle-aged men aged 55 to 59 fitness effect is better than that of middle-aged women ages 55 and 59 fitness effect. Middle-aged (4) combining the status of their participation in spinning movement, can choose at home or in the gym to practice, and to develop good eating habits.
