Objective: To study the effects of different intensity of fitness running on body composition and bone mineral density of young women,and analyze the changes of body composition and bone mineral density related indicators of young women before and after the intervention of different intensity of fitness running.To explore the suitable intensity of fitness running for young women,and provide theoretical basis and suggestions for young women to achieve the ideal training effect,so as to improve the bone health and body shape of young women.Research methods: This study selected 30 young women as the object of exercise intervention,taking fitness running as the means of exercise intervention,and taking exercise heart rate as the intensity standard,the subjects were divided into high intensity group(75%-85% HR max),low intensity group(60%-70% HR max)and control group,Each group according to the corresponding exercise intensity for a period of 12 weeks,three times a week,the amount of exercise follow the principle of gradual increase.Through heart rate monitoring,speed and subjective feeling of exercise intensity,exercise intensity of fitness run is strictly controlled.The body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio,body fat rate,upper limb fat content,trunk fat content,lower limb fat content,upper limb fat content,trunk fat content,lower limb fat content,upper limb bone mineral density,spine bone mineral density,lower limb bone mineral density of the subjects before and after exercise intervention were tested.The results are as follows(1)There was a significant difference in waist hip ratio before and after exercise intervention in low and middle intensity group(P < 0.05).Compared with the higher intensity group,the weight,BMI and WHR of the middle and low intensity group changed significantly(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.05).(2)The trunk fat content and lower limb fat content of the higher intensity group had significant difference before and after exercise intervention(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in upper limb fat content,trunk fat content,lower limb fat content and body fat rate before and after exercise intervention in low and middle intensity group(P < 0.05).Compared with the higher intensity group,the middle and low intensity group had significant changes in trunk fat(P < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in upper limb fat removal,trunk fat removal and lower limb fat removal between high-intensity group and low-intensity group before and after exercise intervention(P > 0.05),but compared with the control group,there was an increasing trend.Compared with the change of middle and low intensity group,the change of upper limb fat removal content in high intensity group was significant(P < 0.05),trunk fat removal content was very significant(P < 0.01),lower limb fat removal content was very significant(P < 0.01).(4)There was significant difference between the high intensity group and the low intensity group(P < 0.05).Compared with the changes of middle and low intensity group,the changes of spine BMD and lower limb BMD in high intensity group were significant(P < 0.05).The results are as follows(1)Low and medium intensity(60%-70% HR max)fitness running has obvious effect on the improvement of young women’s waist hip ratio.Compared with high-intensity fitness running(75%-85% HR max),low-intensity fitness running(60%-70% HR max)is more effective in reducing weight,improving BMI and waist hip ratio.(2)The middle and low intensity(60%-70% HR max)and high intensity(75%-85% HR max)fitness running have obvious effect on improving the trunk fat content and lower limb fat content of young women,and the middle and low intensity fitness running also has obvious effect on improving the upper limb fat content and body fat rate.Compared with high-intensity(75%-85% HR max),low-intensity(60%-70%HR max)fitness running has more obvious effect in reducing trunk fat content.(3)Low intensity(60%-70% HR max)and high intensity(75%-85% HR max)fitness running have no obvious effect on female youth to increase the fat content of upper limbs,trunk and lower limbs.Higher intensity(75%-85% HR max)fitness running is more effective than low intensity(60%-70% HR max)fitness running in improving the fat content of upper limbs,trunk and lower limbs.(4)Low intensity(60%-70% HR max)and high intensity(75%-85% HR max)of fitness running have obvious effect on the improvement of young women’s spine BMD and lower limb BMD.High intensity(75%-85% HR max)fitness running is more effective than low intensity(60%-70% HR max)fitness running in improving bone mineral density of spine and lower limbs.
