Objective Body composition and bone mineral density are important indicators to assess human health risks, and physical activity is one of the important factors affecting bone density and body composition.Previous studies have shown that exercise training has a significant promoting effect on bone health and body composition. On this basis, this paper will study the different load of the rope skipping exercise effect on bone mineral density and body composition of the young men,to explore more scientific and reasonable way of load, for the people in the rope skipping movement in the future improvements in bone mineral density and body composition to the human body to provide certain theoretical basis,to provide young people scientific exercise effective method.Method In this study,30 young men were randomly divided into three groups by using the experimental method. They were given 12 weeks of exercise intervention with three different load ways of rope skipping: sand vest weight-bearing,weighted rope and increased rope skipping frequency. The bone mineral density and body composition of each load group were tested before and after the intervention.Results(1)After the 12-week exercise intervention, there was a significant difference between the systemic density of the three load groups and the lower limbs before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and compared with the body density of the lower limbs,it was found that the load-bearing load group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05);compared with the trunk and spinal ossbone density,it was found that the frequency load group and the load group were significantly higher than that of the rope heavy load group(P<0.05);compared with the upper body density of the upper limbs,it was found that the line heavy load group was significantly increased compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, three load group of lower limb muscle content, trunk muscle content, content of muscles and the whole body bone mineral content were significantly increased(P < 0.05),and at the same time weight load group compared with rope heavy load and load times group had significantly increased(P < 0.05),while rope heavy load and load times group compared to the content of upper limb muscle weight load group have significantly increased(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the body fat content, trunk fat content and lower limb fat content of the three load groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the frequency load group was significantly decreased compared with the weight load group and rope load group(P < 0.05).Conclusion(1)The BMD of spine, trunk and lower extremities in the weight-bearing load group was better than that in the rope heavy load group and the frequency load group; The improvement effect of rope heavy load group on upper limb BMD was better than that of load group and frequency load group.(2)The improvement effect of the weight-loading group on the whole body muscle content, trunk muscle content, lower limb muscle content and whole body bone mineral content was better than that of the rope heavy loading group and the frequency loading group; The upper limb muscle content of rope heavy load group and frequency load group was better than that of loading load group. The improvement of fat content in the frequency load group was better than that in the loading load group and the rope load group.(3)The effect of loading on bone mineral density, muscle content and bone mineral content in rope skipping is better than that of simply increasing rope skipping times; The appropriate increase in the number of rope skipping to reduce the fat content is better than weight-bearing.
