Objective: This study carries out a test on healthy adults’ increasing incremental exercise in experimental ways so as to gain some relevant indexes which can reflect the ability of Oxygen index, such as maximum Oxygen in-take index, anaerobic threshold index, heart-rate index and Mei Tuo index. The purpose is to know about the aerobic capacity of the current healthy adults in age 20~59 years old and provide them with some visual reference on the implementation of the nation-wide body-building plan. Methods: This paper recruits and chooses 791 healthy adults aging 20~59 from Xi’an city. It divides the test members into age groups of 10 years old according to the experimental plan. As a result, those who are carrying out the experiment are divided into four age groups, including the 20~29 year-old group(male 127, female 120), 30~39 group(male 89, female 91), 40~49 group(male 73, female 102) and 50~59 group(male 79, female 110).The study carries out a test on participants in experimental and the incremental load test ways/ approaches.Testing indexes:Body-shape test: the height and body weight, BMI index, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR(waist circumference / hip circumference); physical function test: heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SP), diastolic blood pressure(DP) and vital capacity(VC); anaerobic threshold indicators include the oxygen in-take(VO2), heart rate(HR), load(Load), minute ventilation(VE), oxygen pulse(O2P), metabolic equivalent(METS); the maximum perturbation oxygen index includes the corresponding relative maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max/kg), minute ventilation(VE), heart rate(HR) and metabolic equivalent(METS).Statistic Analysis on the Relative Data of the Experimental Test.Research results:Morphological index: Female of 20~59 years old is generally higher in height and weight than those of the national average index. While the BMI index is almost over 24.0 except for the age group of 20~29 who are less than 23.9, making the age group of 30~39 the highest one. In addition, male WHR of 20~59 years old is higher than 0.9. The average weight of females in 20~29 years old is almost the same as that in 2010, while the weight index of other age groups is slightly higher than that of the average weight in 2010. What’s more, the BMI index increases with the increase of the age, of which 30~39 age group increases greatly(P<0.01) compared with the 40~49 age group(P<0.05).The WHR of female in 20~59 is more than 0.8, of which age group in 30~39 increases greatly. The heart rate and blood pressure of male and female in 20~59 years old are within the moral range, but the heart rate in 30~39 is the highest and the vital capacity of any age decreases with the increase of age.Anaerobic threshold indicators: The average AT-VO2 of male aging(20~29) reaches its top at 26.9, while it decreases greatly in the 30~39 year old group(P<0.01). The average AT-HR decreases with the increase of age, of which it decreases significantly in the age group of 30~39 and 50~59(P<0.01).The average AT-Load decreases with the increase of age, of which male in 30~39 year old group have an obvious decline in AT-VE and AT-O2 P.The average AT-VE and AT-O2 P of male in 40~49 years old is higher than that of 30~39.Male age group of 20~29 AT-MET and AT arrival time of maximum value, male 30~39 years old group of AT-MET and AT arrival time is less than male 40~49 years old group, 50~59 years group male minimum. Woman AT-V O2 from the 20~29 to the age group of 30~39 years old group was significantly decreased(P<0.01); 20~59 years old women of all ages AT-HR value decrease with the increase of age, there was significantly decreased in the 30~39 group(P < 0.01). Female AT-Load, AT-VE decreased significantly between 20~29 to 30~39, 30~39 to 40~49 years of age increased significantly, between 40~49 years old and 50~59 years decreased significantly, and the AT-Load in 50 ~ 59 group decreased significantly(P < 0.05), the AT-VE decreased significantly in 30~39 group(P < 0.05). AT-O2 P in the 30~39 age group was the lowest, the maximum value of 50~59 years old group; AT-MET at the age of 30~39 decreased significantly(P<0.01), the minimum value in the 50~59 age group. AT arrival time from 40~49 to 50~59 year old female female decreased significantly(P<0.05).Exhaustive time relative maximal oxygen uptake corresponding measures: male 30~39 years old group and 50~59 years old group, VO2 max was significantly decreased(P<0.01); male 30 ~ 39 years old group, 50 ~ 59 years group, VEmax was significantly decreased(P<0.01); HRmax, VO2max-MET and decreased with the increase of age, the HRmax in male 30~39 years old group was significantly decreased(P<0.01); VO2max-MET was significantly decreased in the 50~59 age group(P<0.01). The mean VO2 max decreased obviously in the 30~39 years old group than in the 20~29 group(P < 0.01), female 40~49 year old group than in the 30~39 years old were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), female 50~59 year old group than in the 40~49 years old were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1) In terms of body-shape: Male in age group of 20~59 are all higher than that of the nation-wide standard of 2010 in height, weight, and waist circumference, of which male in age group 30~39 is the highest compared with other age groups(P<0.01) in weight, BMI index, waist circumference as well as hip.(2) The resting heart rate of both male and female in age group 30~39 is higher than any other age groups. The blood pressure increases while the vital capacity decreases with the increase of age, but both of them are within the range.(3) In terms of aerobic capacity, it decreases with the increases of age both in male and female in every age group, of which the aerobic capacity in age 30~39 is lower than any other age groups. The aerobic capacity of male in age 30~39 decreased more obvious. |
