Reading is an important component of Chinese teaching, much care and as an important constituent elements of reading language literacy is focus of inquiry, through investigation and understanding of the reading literacy of junior middle school students in zhouqu County in Gansu province and its causes, and to explore the strategies of junior middle school students ’ reading literacy promotion, for the reform of the teaching of reading, and provide recommendations to enhance comprehension of middle school students and reference.Under the premise of this paper in the literature, by questionnaire, questionnaire testing, interviews and other methods of empirical research, a systematic understanding of the junior middle school students ’ reading literacy status and status reason behind. In empirical studies based on the teaching of reading literacy, reading and reading environment factor based on the non-intelligence factors, the promotion strategies of junior middle school students ’ reading literacy.Paper points five chapter discusses junior high school students reading literacy of about problem, focus concentrated in three a aspects: a is exploration junior high school students reading literacy of status and reason, main involved reading teaching, and the factors of reading subject which effect reading literacy and reading environment this three aspects; II is looking for reading literacy training strategy of theory, main is from four a level building reading literacy of training thought; three is proposed reading literacy training of main strategy, respectively from inspired interest, and guide method, and upgrade capacity, and gave birth to thinking, and Habit for reading in the five areas the cultivation of ideas.
