Analyzing The Changing Of Our Country Countryside Interpersonal Relationship In Agricultural Industrialization

With the continuous development of agricultural industrialization in our country, some great changes have taken place in rural and farmer’s living standards continue to improve, rural interpersonal relationship has changed. The harmonious interpersonal relationship is the foundation of the agricultural industrialization, which is also necessary for stabilizing rural areas. The achievements of our domestic research about interpersonal relationships which provided sufficient theoretical reference in our academic filed and broadened our view of research. But the results of this study is mostly concentrated in the types, characteristics and modes about interpersonal relationships. They can not connect the agricultural industrialization with the changes of interpersonal communication mode. Meanwhile the theory is mostly concentrated in farmers’life, it is less to study the filed of production. In this paper, by the analysis of the rural interpersonal relationship in agricultural industrialization, it can find the new rural relationships, which can fit the development of country and make the country harmonious in the agricultural industrialization. Harmonious interpersonal relationship not only is the foundation of agricultural industrialization, but also is the booster of the agricultural industrialization. From the perspective of agricultural industrialization, we explore the changes of interpersonal relationships, which aim to find more suitable system for rural interpersonal relationships and make the development of rural economy and rural interpersonal relationships harmonious.The paper consists of five parts:the first part is the introduction, which described research origin and meaning and reviewed the theory of domestic and foreign about interpersonal communication. The second Chapter two introduced the basic situation of survey area, analyzed the questionnaire step by step, and got the results of the survey. Chapter three is to analyze the factors of changes of interpersonal relationship. Not only have economic factors, but also have cultural factors. Chapter four is to put forward some suggestions which construct a harmonious interpersonal relationship. The first is to introduce characteristics about interpersonal relationships in agricultural industrialization, the second is to put forward some suggestions which construct a harmonious interpersonal relationship. In the end, it is the conclusion which summarizes the full paper and points out the issues we need to discuss in the future.
