The Research Of The Mechanism For Farmers' Training In Hunan Agricultural Industrialization Process

Since 1995, almost every year in the relevant documents of the central conference on rural work, it has clearly made that the development of the agricultural industrialization is one of the main tasks for the rural work. At present, the Hunan's agricultural industrialized operation has entered to the innovation and improvement stage ,and the focus is to enhance the quality of agricultural products and agricultural competitiveness. However, as the main force in the process of agricultural industrialization, the average level of education for the rural labors is only seven years. The farmers' quality has become one of the important reason to constraining the enhance of agricultural industrialization. Under the new situation, how to carry out the farmers' training effectively, how to cultivate the modern farmers, how to improve the farmers' training mechanism in the process of agricultural industrialization, it has become is an important topic for the whole society to concern.This study based on a considerable amount research of home and abroad, and takes the three theories of farmers' vocational education theory, system management theory and management mechanisms theory for the basic research theory. And from the four aspect of investing funds mechanisms, incentive mechanisms, controlling quality mechanisms and operating management mechanism , it analysis the status quo of the farmers' training mechanisms in the process of Hunan's agricultural industrialization. Through the three cases of the training project of the modern farmers in Guidong Country , the double-hundred training project of Hunan Agricultural University, the farmers' training of Hunan LINWU Duck Breading Associations, it compared to the three different farmers' training mechanism .This three different farmers' training mechanisms have different training main bodies, for example, government ,school and agricultural Enterprises. Finally we provide some the countermeasures to improving the farmers' training mechanisms in the process of Hunan's agricultural industrialization for reference.
