Education reform advocated "people-oriented" concept of education, improve their self-management capability, and strive to nurture students to become learning, independent living person.Intense social competition situation and the examination system examination-oriented education so that schools, families excessive attention to student achievement while ignoring other aspects of development capabilities, particularly in the education philosophy appeared to read with the phenomenon of parents read with the concept of fashion and self-management are not less contrary to the Department.Students read along with research on the development of self-management ability to promote the quality of school education has an important significance. Students’ self-management refers to the subjectivity of students as the starting point for education,so that students under the guidance and motivation of teachers and parents, through self-management to develop self-control, self-discipline, a management model in order to achieve self-worth to achieve. Including class self-management, self management,community self-management.The study dinggou secondary school Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, the use of case studies, questionnaires and interviews in high school students to read with the status quo were investigated using SPSS 19.0 software and statistical analysis findings,summarized read along with high school students Situation better self-management features, as follows: excellent class cadre group of good class wind formation plays an active role; incentives to promote demonstration model for all students improve self-management capabilities; community activities so that students self-management enhance the capacity; strong in the conventional management school students self-discipline; good read with a positive sense of students’ independent environmental management; some students have a certain capacity for independent management. At the same time, the study found the students to read with self-management, there are some problems.Problems of Class autonomous management: poor construction of class atmosphere hinder self-management classes to carry out;Poor sense of self-management class students; traditional concepts of class management practices, lack of communication and exchange between students;imperfect evaluation system, to suppress the enthusiasm of student self-management;the implementation of self-management classes, the need to support the school environment. Problem students self-management: Students over-reliance on parents, is not conducive to the development of self-management skills; students self-care ability and quality of the lack of constraints to improve self-management capacities; section to read with parent education misconceived hinder student self-management skills improved; poor study habits, improve self-learning impact management capabilities;students’ mental health problems, thoughts emotional ups and downs; some teachers educational idea behind the lack of awareness of independent learning. Community self-management problem areas: corporate charter to be perfect; community management are not democratic; participation in community activities is not high; the lack of recognition of community support large environments.Based on the analysis of the findings above, the present study proposes to further promote students to read with self-management strategies and suggestions: First, change the predicament of the current examination-oriented education; talent evaluation concept change; implementation of reform policies. The second is to create a good student self-management environment: to create a good school environment; create parental behalf of the Commission; create a campus culture; to create a good read with the environment: enhance their understanding, to establish a correct concept of education; teacher to help parents establish a scientific education the way. The third is to build students’ self-management platform to carry out the theme class lesson;flag-raising ceremony and run daily operations; create civilized campus supervision posts; the implementation of quantitative management class; mental health education activities. Fourth, teachers should change the traditional concept; the establishment of "democratic equality" teacher-student relationship; culture "Student-oriented" philosophy of education. Fifth, cultivate learning autonomy; mining learning driving force; to enhance school accountability; the master method techniques; strengthening thinking training; innovative classroom model.
