The Relation Between Entrepreneurship Policy And College Students' Enterprising Activities

Faced with the rapid development of Technology and the deteriorating employment situation of University Students,that how to promote students start their own business is becoming the focus of attention of government and the academic world.There are a lot of factors that impact college students's enterprising activities,the subjective factors including capacity of the individual and value orientation and so on,objective factors including Socio-economic situation,social atmosphere as well as macroeconomic environment etc. A empirical study on college students's enterprising activities is in favor of an accurate grasp of the factors that affect the internal mechanism of entrepreneurship,so which has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This research analyzes the current entrepreneurship policy and the relationship between the entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial sense,entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial quality.In the terms of Institutional analysis,we take the way of combining the quantitative and the nature analysis,investigating and interviewing college students from five universities,studying this Problem systematically and thoroughly.We keep our attention on entrepreneurship policy this key variable,and come up with the basic hypothesis that the entrepreneurship policy affects college students enterprising activities and three specific hypotheses:One,entrepreneurship policy affects entrepreneurial sense;Two,entrepreneurship policy affects entrepreneurial opportunities;Three,entrepreneurship policy affects entrepreneurial quality.The results show that:entrepreneurship policy has significant effect on college students's entrepreneurial sense,entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial quality.On the basis of analyzing the results carefully,we have explored the effective way to perfect the entrepreneurship-promotion policy and financing policy:the creating business education courses and building a new system of entrepreneurship education;optimizing entrepreneurship-promotion policies and building a new model of entrepreneurship-promotion policies; improving the venture capital financing policies and openning up new channels of venture capital financing policy.
