Bilingual teaching, which came up with in the beginning of the 20th century, refers to use a foreign language or a second language as a discipline of teaching method and improve the literacy of minority culture significantly. Bilingual education for ethnic minorities in China is a good example of the implementation of the policy that ethnic people have rights to use their mother language as equal as their government language in their education. Its goal is to help the minority students be more comprehensive in thier studies and make good use of languages as well as their mother language. Meanwhile, the use of a wide range of languages can be passed down because of the unbalanced development of different ethnic groups.In middle school, bilingual teaching of chemistry means teaching chemistry in both Uyghur and Han. Modern psychology research shows that expansion of intelligence and thinking through Uygur and Han Bilingual Teaching provide a key of channel expanding.In this paper, the existing problems in chemistry bilingual teaching were discussed by combining the literature of Uyghur and Han Teaching Status and Research, As well, taking the first middle school in Piqan as an example. This paper is made up of the following parts:the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research on the bilingual teaching in Xinjiang. The second chapter summarizes the current situation of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang in recent years. The third chapter explains several important concepts and theoretical basis. The fourth chapter explains the related research methods of this research. The fifth chapter discusses the current situation, problems, causes and practice of the bilingual teaching of chemistry in Shanshan and Turpan in Xinjiang province. Sixth chapter is the conclusions and suggestions. The innovation of this paper is to come up an idea that the practice of comparative teaching should be on the basis of constructivism theory, which for Uighur bilingual teaching research and practice has certain reference significance.
