"Bilingual teaching" is an important part of national education.It is an impo:rtant way for the minority people to adapt to modern society and to inherit and carry forward the excellent cultural heritage of the nation."Bilingual teaching" is the social environment for the minority people to learn Chinese." Bilingual teaching" refers to the teaching activities of the national general language and minority language in the teaching language for minority students in all kinds of schools at all levels in minority and minority areas.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the investigation and observation methods to understand the current situation of scenery bilingual teaching in Longchuan county,Yunnan.It aims to investigate the basic status of bilingual teaching and teaching practice,analyzes the problems and causes in the bilingual teaching,and explores the improvement suggestions.First,the investigation of bilingual teaching in Longchuan county,through the teachers and students questionnaire survey and interview,observation and other means,collect data and data,and the Longchuan county bilingual policy,curriculum and teaching methods,teaching materials,teachers and classroom teaching results are analyzed.Second,the analysis of bilingual teaching in Longchuan county.Through the analysis of the results of the collected data and data,it is found that the main problems of bilingual teaching in Longchuan county are:the implementation of bilingual teaching policy in the state,province and autonomous prefecture is not in place;Bilingual curriculum is not scientific,teaching mode has problems;Bilingual teaching materials and guidance materials cannot meet the needs of teachers and students;The strength of bilingual teachers is not enough,teachers' educational background and teaching skills are generally low,and teacher training needs to be strengthened.The effect of bilingual classroom teaching is poor.Finally,according to the problems and related reasons of scenery bilingual teaching in Longchuan county,some suggestions to improve the teaching effect are put forward.One is to fully understand the importance of bilingual teaching,strengthen publicity,and improve the implementation of policy implementation;Second,in-depth research and development of bilingual courses,based on the law and rich bilingual teaching methods;Third,do a good job of the school bilingual teaching management work,strengthen the preparation of bilingual teaching materials;Fourth,give full play to the advantages of" famous teacher studio",strengthen bilingual teacher training,strengthen bilingual teaching management,and do a good job of bilingual teacher development planning;Fifth,multi-initiatives,moderate tilt,multi-channel,increase funding input;Sixth,strengthen the management of bilingual teaching in schools,regular management has a chapter to follow,to form a"evaluation-match-training" classroom teaching evaluation mode.
