This paper studies the Bilingual Teaching in Uyghur and Han for the middle school in Xinjiang by taking the No. six school in Korla as a sample, and explores the deficiency of the study of the Xinjiang’s bilingual teaching. Focusing on the tortuous development of the Bilingual Teaching in the ethnic minority school in recent years, the adoption of the creative bilingual teaching mode suitable for the bilingual teaching during the transitional period of Uyghur middle school, "contrasting" teaching mode is proposed. Through a theoretical comparison of the traditional teaching mode and "contrasting" teaching mode of bilingual teaching in Uyghur and Han in Uyghur secondary school, we try to find a compromise proposal for Uyghur students in bilingual teaching and proposes corresponding improvement and strategy.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the research on the bilingual teaching in Xinjiang, The history of the development of education in Xinjiang, and clearly put forward the choice of the bilingual teaching mode in Xinjiang in recent years. The second chapter summarizes the current situation of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang in recent years. The third chapter is the theoretical basis, the fourth chapter is the method of researching. the fifth chapter is the research on the bilingual teaching of mathematics in Korla No.6. Countermeasure and practice of bilingual teaching is in the sixth chapter. Seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The innovation point of this paper is to put forward the comparative teaching as well as the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In the Uygur and Han Bilingual teaching, the language selection is the basic crux and exacerbated the polarization mode selection, also teaching materials and teaching situation seriously affect the quality of bilingual teaching. So, Uygur and Han Bilingual Teaching, in the transition period, is very important to choose the suitable teaching mode. Through the research and practical analysis, to summary Uygur and Han Bilingual Teaching of mathematics as the research object, combined with comparative teaching references to Uygur current situation teaching suggestions, can be certain of improving teaching quality,promoting the teaching mode.
