An Empirical Study On Factors Of Knowledge Transfer Within Scientific Research And Innovation Teams In Universities

When the knowledge economy comes, the start-up and development of organizations increasingly need knowledge, and knowledge transfer is the basis and precondition for knowledge innovation. As knowledge-based society organization with tremendous advantages from perspectives of knowledge, talent, facilities, universities play a vital role in the social progress and national innovation. Therefore, knowledge transfers of university research teams become the hot field both home and abroad. While under the influence between internal and external factors, effects of knowledge transfer tend to be weak.To discern the key factors influencing internal knowledge transfer of university innovative research team, this paper constructs a theoretical model combined with the previous studies and investigations on the spot from the perspectives of Knowledge Source(Transfer wishes、Transfer capacity),knowledge recipient(Receiving wishes、Absorption capacity),Knowledge characteristics(Implicit、Complexity)Transfer Environment(Trust relationship、Incentives and Knowledge distance) and Transfer media. In this research, data collected by the questionnaires, tests and analysis were carried in the views of factor analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, retrospective analysis, and results and corresponding comments of empirical research will be presented at the last.Through the scientific research and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) In terms of transfer capacity,receiving wishes,trust relationship and incentives does have a significant impact on knowledge transfer effect, but transfer implicit have a negative impact on knowledge transfer process.(2) Transfer wishes, absorption capacity, Knowledge distance and knowledge complexity have no obvious impact on knowledge transfer process.(3) In terms of knowledge features, knowledge Source,knowledge recipient and transfer environment have an effect on knowledge transfer process by the intermediary role of transfer media which do not work the same way in the knowledge characteristics.
