University Logistics is to protect the normal operation of the foundation work of other colleges and universities, but the logistical socialization reform of university 10 years ago, the quality of personnel is generally low, Performance management philosophy is missing, Performance system is not perfect, Indicators is unreasonable, Lack of appropriate assessment methods and incentives, etc. They are still restricting the development of university logistics.This paper describes the basic theory by University Logistics performance management; University Logistics to S Case, It describes the status of S university logistics performance management and issues analysis; it focuses on how to establish the S University of Logistics Performance Management and examination results were evaluated; finally, from S university performance management mechanism, I carding performance management effectiveness and significance of S university logistics management.Based on domestic and foreign research results of university logistics performance management, this paper takes S University as an example, puts forward the ideas of establishing university logistics performance management system and the performance evaluation index system, using target management method, using the evaluation of gradable distribution and fuzzy evaluation in the weight distribution and final evaluation, as far as possible to avoid the interference of human factors.The putting up of the four logistics projects of S university has solved the problem of “what to do”. And the target-solving method has solved the problem of "how to test". The reasonable salary and scientific incentive has solved the problem of “how to use the assessment results”.S university logistics has quantities of staff, complicated structure and wide ranges of business, to build a set of both common and personalized performance appraisal system is not easy, from the view of the effect of the practical application, the system has a good adaptability and feasibility, and is more suitable for S university logistics department management performance evaluation system.
