The Study, Based On The Integration Of Archivists Information Management And Service

Integration is a very worthy and creative thought and the management tool. With the emergence and extensive applications of IT and network technique, the informationization degree is becoming higher and higher. Integration management and services have already made great success in the realm of information management.This paper aims at studying integration, integration management and services, by which an effective management tool for the college archives information management is provided. This will also play an active role in raising the level of college archives management and promoting the competitiveness of school. The article firstly introduces the definition, cause, the present condition of domestic and international research on integration, integration management and services. Then it dwells on two typical cases home and abroad in the realm of information management: China Academic Library & Information System( CALIS), American government gate website( FirstGov).Later on, this paper analyzes the impact of informationization on the college archives management in our country, reveals the problems existing in our college archives management and the challenges we have to face now. As the keystone of the paper, it establishes a model of college archives management by discussing the four major functional module of the model: module of resources integration, module of process integration, module of technique integration and module of services integration; and later forming the system structure of the model, which are mainly consist of three parts: archives subsystem, subsystem of filing departments, filing system of electronic records. In order to ensure the realistic feasibility of the model, some relevant suggestions on the model operation are presented.It is designed to find out the new mode of the college archives management keeping up with the current situation, so that the college archives information can make a significant contribution to the development of colleges and society.
