Work occupy an important position in people’s lives, the ability to feel happy at work, a direct impact on people’s quality of life and well-being, it is able to make the work of the staff happy, whether psychological make employees feel enjoyment and relaxation are great concern. Workplace fun study based on more and more attention from scholars, workplace fun increase employee job satisfaction will have an impact, thereby affecting job performance. Our workplace research is still in its infancy fun, happy work mainly in research and staff well-being, empirical research on workplace fun is less common, and therefore a common college paper to prove empirically workplace the role of fun, so as to provide a reference for the creation of workplace fun.Firstly, the research background, significance and research purposes elaborate; Secondly, the theory research are introduced, the theoretical framework construction workplace fun; and thirdly, through questionnaires, interviews, observation and corporate literature collection and analysis of data required for research, multidimensional perspective of data mining, exploration Shihezi University Teachers workplace fun Problems, problems through organizational level, the individual level as well as to analyze the interpersonal level, which the organizational level as Key, one by one start. Thereby improving job satisfaction, improved quality of life to improve work performance, and promote the healthy and orderly and harmonious development of university.
