With the rapid development of private kindergarten, it will occupy a more important position in the early childhood stage. Private garden level of the quality of teachers, the relationship between the quality of teaching kindergarten education, the relationship between the survival and development of kindergarten, high-quality teachers is to ensure the quality of kindergarten education prerequisite. Therefore, the focus on the survival of the state’s private kindergarten teacher, has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study, drawing on the existing theory of teacher professional development on the basis of the national advance based on the development of private early childhood education policy background, the integrated use of literature research, questionnaires, interviews and other methods of Xinjiang Shihezi City Private child care to investigate the status quo of teachers’ professional development. Research Status visits from the work environment, social status, professional development, working conditions, living conditions of the five dimensions of Shihezi City Private preschool teacher living condition and problems; and from the administrative departments of education, kindergarten, community, teachers themselves four aspects the factors that influence their survival status; and finally from the administrative departments of education, kindergarten, community, teachers themselves proposed strategy for promoting the development of private kindergarten teachers in four areas. Government and educational authorities should strengthen supervision of private early childhood education and incentives to increase private investment in early childhood special development fund to establish an efficient system to promote early childhood teacher training private kindergarten teachers’ professional development; the principal private garden through enhance their professional quality, stable team of teachers, conduct training in the promotion of private kindergarten kindergarten teachers’ professional development; to change society’s views on preschool teachers, kindergarten teachers to give industry more respect and understanding; preschool teachers to enhance the professional identity and faith achieve reshape the role of teachers, establish a good sense of lifelong learning, and ultimately to promote their professional development.
