A Survey On The Present Situation Of Moral Education For Shihezi Junior High School Students Selected From Xinjiang Province

Moral education is a very important part in education for overall development. It is also the main channel for schools to work on ideological and moral education of teenagers. Accordingly, the emphasis and improvement of moral education in school management is an important measure for the promotion of quality education, also a must for the overall development of teenagers.Based on the field survey of the status quo of school moral education management, this thesis, from the perspective of school moral education management, in the case of Shihezi city at the beginning of class, this thesis combines management science and basic principles through questionnaires, interviews, observation and other methods. The city of Shihezi at the beginning of class has made some progress in moral education management which includes sound institutions, improvement of moral education management system and education management team, emphasis on moral backbone especially teachers development, practice of socialist core values, feedback of moral education and active implementation of the evaluation of moral education. Also, there exists such problems as moral education organization management, more emphasis on intellectual rather than moral education, the dated content of moral education, backward concept of moral education.The author puts forward some concrete countermeasures:emphasize the concept that moral education comes first, put people in the first place, innovate moral education management, optimize the approaches of school moral education management.
