The main reason for the low effectiveness of moral education is caused by improper selection mode of moral education. China’s traditional moral education mode is emphasized imparting knowledge and cultivating students’ ability of the problem of contempt. In view of moral education mode construction problems, to the middle school as the research scope, select the 13 thmiddle school of Urumqi city as an example, by virtue of morality outline mode, comprehensive doctrine mode and mixed mode of moral education as the research angle of view, combining the research methods of literature study, interview and observation, the studies on the mode of moral education in middle school.First of all, define the concept of moral education, analyzes the relations between moral education and education, sort out in different periods, different way of moral education connotation; And then introducing concept of model, analysis model study of the connotation and definition of the moral education mode and concept of middle school moral education pattern. Pattern classification of middle school moral education, and lists the characteristics of each mode and the principle of the construction of the middle school moral education pattern to follow, as to provide a theoretical basis for practical exploration and pattern construction.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, known morality outline mode,comprehensive mode and mixed mode of moral education three moral education patterns of the advantages and disadvantages of, through the discussion of the exploration of moral practice in the 13 th middle school of Urumqi City as an example,based on the actual case to verify theoretical knowledge, construct the practical model of middle school moral education pattern. Overview of morality outline mode,comprehensive doctrine mode and mixed mode of moral education in the meaning,nature, types, characteristics and development, and the practice of moral education in advantages and disadvantages, discusses the 13 thmiddle school on morality outline mode reform practice, emphasis on the mode of comprehensive doctrine and the development of mixed mode of moral education, summed up the practice of middle school moral education model of the model.Finally, reflective practice exploration of the 13 th middle school moral education pattern, first of all need to update the concept of middle school moral education mode is proposed, enriching the content of moral education, and build the moral education environment, and to ensure the effective implementation of the middleschool moral education pattern. Construction of middle school moral education mode,first by updating the education idea, the idea of running the update and renewal of moral philosophy; The second to dig the infiltration of moral education content in the recessive moral education resources, activity curriculum and school-based curriculum of moral education environment; The third to establish campus moral education environment, class moral education environment, school, family and society "3D to one" moral education environment. On this basis, the effective implementation of the middle school moral education mode also needs school leaders promote practice of moral education, to translate theory into practice. Need according to the specific situation of the school, for rational selection and comprehensive application mode of moral education; need to strengthen the mode of moral education evaluation system, perfect the moral education pattern.Because the mode of moral education in middle school is needed after a long-term practice and exploration, and the actual situation of the larger differences between schools, so this paper did not put forward the new mode of moral education,hope schools according to the connotation of moral education mode of middle school and the principle, uses practical model the 13 th middle of Urumqi city, according to the basic requirements of construction of moral education mode of middle school,with the school its own characteristics and resources of moral education, establish a "people-oriented" philosophy of education, establish a "let the students study at school for three years, life-long benefit" the idea of running a school, establish the moral concept of "the unity of knowledge and action", innovation mode of moral education filled with wisdom in the long-term practice.
