Junior high school education makes the knowledge as the ultimate aim and makes the exam as the standard for a long time. Under this teaching model, the teachers are leaders, and the students are accepters, the teachers and the students are the accessory of knowledge. This kind of teaching model is hard to adopt the development of society. Today, we try to build a well-off society and try to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the whole society pay more attention to the liberation of humanity. All teaching activities should be adhere strictly to the human-based management, ensure an all-round development. Junior high school human-based educational management advocates respect, liberty and personality, we must pursue comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development. Junior high school human-based educational management is reformation of traditional educational management.Recently, GeJiu No.4 middle school adhere the human-based educational management, try to carry out the school reform and innovation. GeJiu No.4 middle school has become the best one in our city because of the special management style and excellent achievements. The teachers are work hard and the students are dynamic. They find a new way to accelerate the development of school.Human-based educational management is very important, that is to say we have to apply the science method to develop. The thesis makes GeJiu No.4 middle school as an example, which is following the school management idea of human-based. The school carries out the human-based educational management, pay attention to headmaster, teachers, students and the school special system.This thesis is divided into four chapters. Induction briefly explains the reason for dissertation’s topic choosing, and the dissertation’s main methodology. Chapter 1 explains the development of humanism and humanistic education theory. Chapter 2 explains the human-based is very important in school management, and put the human-based educational theory into No. 4 middle school, analyses the particularity of the theory in this school. Chapter 3 interviews the school management practice in GeJiu No.4 middle school, using the experience of this school. Chapter 4 summarizes and thinks the experience of human-based management in this middle school. At last it is a brief conclusion.Lastly, the process of practicing human-based management theory correctly is essential to its success. This thesis try to explore a new way to develop the school humanism management, the aim is to make the middle school more humanistic and adopt the development of the society.
