Abstract/Summary:
Human-based Management,in contrast to Mechanization Management,is a way which considers human as the most essential factors in management.To develop the human-based management in schools means human enjoy the subjective position in the managing process,with caring,respecting,inspiring,emancipating and developing human as the guiding thoughts.At the same time,the human resources are fully used and developed to serve the benefits of the organization of schools.Human-based management for middle schools is not only a new way or mode of management,it also manifests a newly-developed notion of value.This thesis has done a case study with Qiaochen Middle School as an example,analyzing the main problems in the present management style.The problem arises due to the lack of carrying human-based management style and the managers' sticking to the traditional management mode.It is manifested in the following aspects:lay focus on the institutions,power and rules instead of human.This mode has its advantages obviously such as it pay much more attention on the scientificity in management,stress the perfectness and strictness of the bylaw, emphasize the directing role the theory plays in management and the controlling effect on the teachers,it insists on how to obey,plan and unionize the whole school while the enthusiasm of the teachers hasn't been mobilized.All this contributes to the failure of the management mode.Rationality is not the essence to managing a school successfully.In real life,many non-rational factors are also exerting their effects.A school is an organization with staff of all-around development who are the mainly dependable members in teaching.They are self-conscious,self-disciplined and self-determined professional members.Their consciousness of taking part in the democratic activity, enjoying equality and self-respect far exceeds the average level of our society.Hence they need more respect and understanding both in their works and their life so that they could fully bring their positivity into play.This thesis will propose a new idea for Qiao Chert Middle School in Pan Yu,that is,to promote the mode of all-around development of the students,respecting the subjectivity for the teachers to achieve progress and guaranteeing an excellent school culture.
