As one of the significant parts of the kindergarten education, music education activities affect both the cultivation of taste and aesthetic judgment of children. During the music education activities, teachers play a vital role in the teaching quality. However, there are few researches about the connection between teachers’ role and music education activities at present. In fact, the practice about music education activities in kindergartens still lacks the perfect effect of teachers’ role, which is important for development of theory and practice in such kind of activities.With the methods of case analysis and interview, the thesis analyzes thirty video samples so as to realize the effect of the teachers’ role in music education activities in the kindergartens of Fuzhou. In addition, the thesis also figures out the reasons about the lack of teachers’ role in music education activities through face-to-face interviews with the experienced teachers in kindergartens. This thesis comes up with feasible suggestions to improve the teachers’ role in music education activities in the kindergartens, which include boosting the professional impetus of kindergarten teachers as well as their exact role in education, and refleshing the parents’ expectation about the role of kindergarten teachers.
