| Early music education plays a very important role in the growth of people.Music enlightenment education at the age of3-6 is an important part of early music education.Kindergarten is also the main place for the implementation of preschool education.Therefore,it is worth studying to explore the music teaching activities of kindergarten teachers.On the basis of combing relevant literature and materials,this study,combined with in-depth interviews with preschool education experts,teachers and researchers,kindergarten managers and first-line teachers,preliminarily combed out a questionnaire on the educational concepts and behaviors of teachers in kindergarten music teaching activities,and conducted sample sampling surveys.SPSS software is used to analyze the quality of the collected questionnaire and explore the factors.First,according to the result of the correlation coefficient between the extreme grouping and the total item,the items with low degree of discrimination were deleted.Secondly,the main axis factor decomposition and the maximum orthogonal rotation method are used to explore the project,andthe six dimensions are determined,and they are named as educational ideas,teaching goals,teaching preparations,teaching content,methods and forms,and teaching evaluation.Based on the above research,a formal questionnaire was formed and the kindergarten teachers in Shifeng District were investigated.The results of this research show that the basic situation of kindergarten teachers in Shifeng District is good,and the teaching team is mainly young and middle-aged teachers with preschool education majors and college degrees.In music teaching activities,the educational concept of kindergarten teachers changed from knowledge and skills education to aesthetic education;Teachers ’teaching preparation is relatively adequate,but they are relatively deficient in collective lesson preparation;Teachers ’teaching content is not rich enough;The teaching methods and forms of teachers are relatively single;Teachers ’teaching evaluation is diversified.Kindergarten teachers ’own age,working time,and final education factors have a significant impact on the teachers’ educational ideas and behaviors in music teaching activities;The hardware facilities of kindergarten have a significant influence on the educational ideas and behaviorsof teachers in music teaching activities.The suggestions for teachers in this study are as follows:First,establishing the correct view of children’s music education.Second,we should focus on improving our professional capabilities.Third,continuously improve music literacy;Suggestions for kindergarten managers include: First,increasing training for teachers in vocational planning.Second,strengthen the hardware and facilities investment of the park.Third,create a good learning atmosphere. |
