To improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational education, in addition to reform the teaching mode and enrich the teaching content, strengthening the administration work of secondary vocational colleges is also necessary. Because the administration is an important part of school management, is the basis for strengthening the teaching management. Strengthening administrative personnel management efficiency construction of secondary vocational schools to improve the management level executives, and promote school management towards scientific, standardized and fine direction so as to make a great achievement in the development of secondary vocational education.With the vigorous development of vocational education, the competition among secondary vocational colleges is increasing, executive management effectiveness of secondary vocational institutions will directly affect the competitiveness of secondary vocational schools, it has a profound significance for the development of secondary vocational schools to enhance management efficiency of administrative staff and the management level of secondary vocational institutions.
