With the new curriculum reform of promoting domestic scholars raised a hot wave of study geography.As the first thing of Geographic content for high school freshmen,compulsory level 1 of High school Geography is playing a special role.The affect by the psychological process of first impressions are strongest,the complexity degree,interest degree and difficulty level of level 1’s learning will influence the students through high school learning, and will also become an important reference of the choice between science and liberal arts.Besides, level 1 of college entrance examination’s qualification is wide-ranging and diverse.Under the background of curriculum reform, studying the main problem and obstacle of the student’s learning process and putting forward reasonable solutions will be imperative.The first part of this paper analysis the research background, purpose, significance and necessity of solving confirmed the existence of problems and solutions to the feasibility study required a study in geography. The second part literature review mainly arranges and statistical advances and conclusion of all of the research direction of the current scholars, this part as one of the core content of the research, and on this basis and break through innovation. In the third part, the first two parts based on the overview of research methods and thinking. The fourth part through field investigation,questionnaire and data recovered from the preparation of the questionnaire to the sorting and statistical investigation, detailed process, provide the basis for this paper draws the important conclusion. The fifth part based on the four part puts forward the reasonable solutions and discusses its operability.We get some questions from a lot of relevant data by documents,questionnaires,interviews. On the basis,I put forward the countermeasures.The conclusion of this study is that :the questions that the students face are the characteristics of subjects,textbooks,students themselves,teachers, and so on. The "ignore" of students embodied in that they do not pay attention to geography, don’t know what is geography. The learning interest is not strong, and students have no strong motive. The one-sided view of textbooks reflected in that the students generally feel that the textbooks is too hard and incomplete.Besides,the use of the textbooks is unbalance. Learning strategy is very important for students.But now students only learn the knowledge of geography, but no learning method, And students learn passively. Besides, the accumulates inadequacy of factual knowledge have far-reaching impact on learning. I have some solutions for these questions.The first strategy is to make students be happy to learn.Let students go out of the tasteless textbooks,and be more enthusiasm to learn knowledge.The teachers can break through the difficulties by experiment teaching,and make students be will to learn.We can also enhance the art of teaching.The second strategy is to make students have the ability to learn.The teachers should promote the ability of dealing with the normal and the emergent situations.And the students can try to be more eager to discover,doubt,and search problems.The third strategy is to make students get the knowledge.We can try various ways to learn,and do not let the normal way limit our horizon. And it is also important to find the right way to break through the point of the subjects.The innovation of this paper is that: first, use the teacher and students in Meng zhou as the research object will help the high school in rural area research the learning method of geography and offer material of learning problem. I get countermeasures by studying on the data and material. From make students be happy to learn to make students have the ability to learn and to get the knowledge, I want to make the students accept the geography and learn the method of learning geography.
