The geography curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)issued by the Ministry of education encourages students to learn geography beneficial to their lifelong development in school life.Promoting the development of local geography is the need to enhance the humanistic feelings of geography.Due to the special geographical environment and cultural background,Minxian county is rich in rural land resources.The application of local geographical resources in classroom teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve Minxian geography teachers’ concept of integration of local geographical resources and enrich Minxian geography curriculum resources.In view of this,this paper has certain theoretical value and practical significance for Minxian high school geography teachers to use local geography resources in class.Under the guidance of life education theory,constructivism theory and situational teaching method,this paper combs the local geographical resources of Minxian county through literature analysis,deeply excavates the local geographical resources in combination with curriculum standards and teaching needs,and transforms them into geographical curriculum resources to better serve teaching and improve teaching quality.Secondly,it puts forward the application principles and Strategies of local geography curriculum resources.That is,close to the principle of life,add interest in combination with the curriculum standard,and practice the scientific principle;In terms of application strategies,it is realized through three aspects: classroom introduction,classroom activities and extracurricular practice,and the teaching fragments are listed in turn.Combined with the compulsory geography textbook of Hunan Education Press(2019),integrate the local geography curriculum resources of Minxian County into the classroom teaching,so as to realize the local geography teaching,enable students to better understand and master the geographical concepts,geographical principles and geographical laws,and cultivate students’ core geographical quality.Finally,through the application principles and strategies,a more complete case teaching "agricultural location factor selection" and inquiry teaching "debris flow" examples and "Erlang Mountain scenic spot in Minxian county" geographical practice activities are designed.This paper mainly completes the excavation and arrangement of local geography curriculum resources in Minxian county;The application principles,strategies and teaching design examples of local geography curriculum have been formed,but the effects of teaching strategies and teaching design have not been evaluated due to limited conditions.The author will continue to study and improve in the future.
