There are many factors affecting the quality of secondary vocational school education, secondary vocational non-intelligence factor is one of the important factors. At present, the cultivation of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor is not paid enough attention to and there exists sorts of problems, which hinder the healthy growth and the sustainable development of secondary vocational life, and affect the quality of the secondary vocational school’s education.The study is based on a large amount of analysis of the survey interviews, starts from the theoretical basis of non-intelligence factors, and considers the particularity of school life and the significance of non-intelligence factors to secondary vocational students. Then, it points out that the necessity of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor, analyzes the status of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor accessing to working process, the existing problems and the causes, and puts forward corresponding cultivation strategies from the perspective of vocational education. It aims to attach great importance to the secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor and make sure secondary vocational students could lead a healthy life and get sustainable development, thus improve the quality of education in secondary vocational schools.According to the survey of the non-intelligence factors in two vocational schools in Yanji, concluded four aspects. Firstly, there is the extremely remarkable correlation between the four factors. Secondly, non-intelligence factors of Yanji vocational school students are not so high, and its- are-orderly:emotion-interest-personality-motive-will; Thirdly, there are the extremely remarkable differences between boys and girls in emotion and will factors; Fourthly, for motive and will students from the village is higher than the students from the city, but for interest, emotion and personality it’s opposite; Fifthly, the students who are good at study are totally higher than the poor students; Sixthly, the students from Grade Two are totally higher than Grade One, and there are differences in motive and interest.The study indicates the Problems such as weak motivation; lack of interest,; indifferent passion; weak exist at large in the study. These problems come from the student himself, family, school and the society.
