Extracurricular physical exercise is an important supplement to the secondary school physical education teaching, which is an important platform for cultivating students'lifelong physical exercise habit.Multiple intelligence theory is a kind of respect for the individual differences of students as the premise,to the comprehensive development of students as the goal of education theory. The application of multiple intelligence theory aims to stimulate the students'motive movement,to create the atmosphere of students'physical and mental pleasure, adopt a variety of educational methods, and finally make students in extracurricular physical exercise,to be able to devote themselves into the whole, more effective use of sports and love sports. The application of multiple intelligence theory in the extracurricular physical exercise of secondary vocational school students reflects the requirements of the new curriculum reform and the important manifestation of quality education in secondary vocational schools. This study mainly uses the methods of literature, expert interview,on-the-spot observation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, teaching experiment and so on,and analyzes the influence of extracurricular physical education on the intelligence of secondary vocational students at the perspective of multiple intelligence. The purpose of the study is to explore the scientific approach of extracurricular physical exercise in secondary vocational school students and to provide new ideas for the improvement of students'physical quality and the promotion of students'lifelong physical exercise habits,so as to provide decision-making reference for the current vocational education reform. This study summarizes the relevant literature of multiple intelligence and extracurricular physical exercise at home and abroad. On this basis,we select five secondary vocational schools in Fuzhou, and use the questionnaire survey to study the problems of middle school students participating in after-school physical education in Fuzhou And found that there are many problems. For example, there is a lack of target guidance, the platform is not rich, the evaluation of extracurricular physical activity activities is too single, the construction of teachers is weak and there is a lack of facilities which students can carry out after-school physical exercise.Through the experimental method, the comparison between the experimental group and the traditional exercise group was found to be more effective than the traditional model under the guidance of the multiple intelligence theory. It is mainly manifested in language intelligence, action intelligence, music intelligence, interpersonal intelligence and space intelligence, and in the introspective of intelligence and logical intelligence, there has no significant difference.Based on the above conclusions, the multi-dimensional vision of the extracurricular physical exercise can be part of the positive impact of secondary vocational students in the future students after school physical exercise,it is necessary to rely on the theory of multiple intelligence to achieve good exercise at the same time enhancing the effect of Students' intelligence development. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:further establishing the goal of multiple intelligence as a prerequisite for extracurricular physical activity;expanding the multiple intelligence as the content of the after-school physical activity activities platform;innovativing multiple intelligence support for extracurricular physical exercise activities;optimizing extracurricular physical activity evaluation as the main line of multiple intelligence;strengthening the construction of PE Teachers'Teaching staff based on multiple intelligence.
