The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology will affect and change all aspects of social life,and also heralds the coming of the era of artificial intelligence.Technological development promotes social change and will inevitably affect the development of education,economy,and production.In the transformation of demand for talents and changes in the educational environment,secondary vocational teachers will shoulder the important task of cultivating smart and creative talents for the general public,and must strengthen their own abilities.However,at the present stage,the training of vocational teachers is lagging,lack of pertinence,and cannot meet the requirements of personalized development of vocational teachers,nor can they help vocational teachers to be qualified for vocational education responsibilities under artificial intelligence.Therefore,it is necessary to redesign the vocational teacher training model and incorporate new technologies into the vocational teacher training to help the vocational teacher keep up with the development of the times.Through literature research,this paper sorts out the current status of domestic and foreign vocational teacher training models and research applications of artificial intelligence education,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different models and compares teacher training in different eras,and grasps current research hotspots and future development trends.On the basis of understanding the current status of research,the relevant concepts of the vocational teacher training model in the era of artificial intelligence are defined.Through the role positioning of vocational teachers in the era of artificial intelligence,the in-depth analysis of the content of vocational teacher training in the era of artificial intelligence,from the perspective of the impact of artificial intelligence technology on vocational teacher training,clarify the characteristics and advantages of vocational teacher training in the era of artificial intelligence.Finally,facing the characteristics of the era of AI and the characteristics of vocational education,referring to the professional standards of teachers in secondary vocational schools,the professional competence of vocational teachers in the era of artificial intelligence is constructed,which is divided into professional ethics,teaching ability,professional ability and research and innovation ability,and Interpret the professional ability of vocational teachers.Based on this ability,the construction of the vocational teacher training model and the design of the support for the vocational teacher training in the era of artificial intelligence will clarify the path of artificial intelligence technology serving the vocational teacher training.
