There are many factors affecting the quality of secondary vocational schooleducation, secondary vocational non-intelligence factor is one of the important factors.At present, the cultivation of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor isnot paid enough attention to and there exists sorts of problems, which hinder thehealthy growth and the sustainable development of secondary vocational life, andaffect the quality of the secondary vocational school’s education. The study is basedon a large amount of analysis of the survey interviews, starts from the theoreticalbasis of non-intelligence factors, and considers the particularity of school life and thesignificance of non-intelligence factors to secondary vocational students. Then, itpoints out that the necessity of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor,analyzes the ststus of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor accessingto working process, the existing problems and the causes, and puts forwardcorresponding cultivation strategies from the perspective of vocational education. Itaims to attach great importance to the secondary vocational student’s non-intelligencefactor and make sure secondary vocational students could lead a healthy life and getsustainable development, thus improve the quality of education in secondaryvocational schools.The thesis consists of six parts: the first part mainly presents the reason of topicselection, research significance, domestic and foreign research status aboutnon-intelligence factors, research methods, research innovation, purpose andsignificance of research; the second part mainly defines basic concepts, analysis ofnon-intelligence factors on the secondary vocational student’s role and thesignificance and the research theory basis; the third part tries to know the ststus andexisting problems of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor accessingto working process by the way of the questionnaire, and then finds out the cause ofthe problem; The fourth part puts forward principles and ways on the perspective ofvocational education, according to the ststus and existing problems of secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor accessing to working process; thefifth part puts forward methods and countermeasures of the cultivation of secondaryvocational student’s non-intelligence factor with characteristics of vocationaleducation; the sixth part will analyze research limitations of the thesis and expressprospect of further research.Through the study of this paper, the author expects to provide the cultivation ofthe secondary vocational student’s non-intelligence factor with some feasiblestrategies, improve the level of development of the secondary vocational student’snon-intelligence factor, promote the comprehensive, harmonious, healthy andsustainable development of secondary vocational students, therefore to improve thequality of secondary vocational education and cultivate more excellent secondaryvocational skilled talents for the society. |
