Since1990s, the theory of multiple intelligences has profound impact in the field of global education, and has become one of the theoretical basis of the education reform in many schools, such as the vocational education which is based on this theory. Our country also has studying of this field, but later than the other countries, especially in the field of the secondary vocational education, either in theory or in practice both have broad research space. Based on the understanding of the theory of multiple intelligences and in order to make this theory can be effective application in vocational education, this paper focuses on the current situation and the problems of this theory in the secondary vocational education.In this paper, the writer follows five steps:revealing questions, exploring ideas, analyzing and solving problems, revealing inadequate. Firstly, to clarify the theory of multiple intelligences:linguistic intelligence, musical intelligence, mathematical logic intelligence, spatial intelligence, bodily kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence and self-awareness intelligence. And the features of the multiple intelligences are:diversity features, intelligent cultural characteristics, differences in intelligence features, smart practical features, the development of intelligent features. At the same time, the writer points out that the advantages of students in the vocational education and training are: younger, acceptance and the stronger plasticity. And then points out the differences between the vocational students of different genders, ages, professional, intelligent tendency and to lay the foundation of the multiple intelligence theory in the vocational training of students. Thirdly, investigating the intelligent current status quo in vocational education:the position of the students in vocational education are not clear enough, the proportion of the vocational education professional intelligence training, the vocational students intelligence assessment, intelligent teacher level issues, professional intelligence and employment relations; And also point out the problems of the vocational education:the target of the students themselves is not clear enough, the curriculum design does not reflect the intelligence differences, the assessment lack of intelligence, the abilities of the teachers not meet the situation. Finally, specific strategies to use the theory of multiple intelligences:change the traditional concept of vocational education, advocacy and multifactor comprehensive intellectual concept, build intelligent curriculum system, the establishment of a wide range of intelligent evaluation system, strengthen the construction of teachers and other intelligent. |
