"The base" in Chinese basic knowledge fully reflect that the basic knowledge of the language teaching has an important position in language learning, in training students’ Chinese ability should not be ignored, no accumulated knowledge, how to talk about language proficiency. Launch comprehensive curriculum to improve students’ Chinese accomplishment, in recent years, Chinese teaching has many changed, some teachers pay more attention to the cultivation of the emotions, attitudes and values, too much emphasis on the language ability and the containment of examination-oriented education mode, weakening the teaching of Chinese basic knowledge. Basic knowledge of the language is a part of Chinese accomplishment, ignoring the knowledge teaching can’t improve students’ Chinese accomplishment. So we must understand correctly about knowledge teaching content in the new standard requirement, then correctly grasping the basic knowledge of the language teaching. The No.4 Middle School of Yanji is a han nationality middle school, there also exist some problems in the current Chinese basic knowledge teaching, so I carry out the investigation in the No.4 Middle School of Yanji.In this paper, I investigate the No.4 Middle School of Yanji, the teaching of basic knowledge and teachers’ teaching and students’ learning situation investigation, the teacher teaching including the basic knowledge of the language teaching attitude survey, emphasis of the Chinese basic knowledge teaching, research and basic knowledge of the language teaching methods. Students’learning situation investigation including the survey of the students’interest in learning, learning attitude, learning basic knowledge accumulation way research and master the situation.On the results of the survey,I summary stage in the No.4 Middle School of Yanji Chinese basic knowledge teaching existing problems and the causes of these problems. Problems existing in the teachers’ main ’tropism are overemphasis on the examination results of teaching, teaching of basic knowledge somewhat biased, emphasize the standard answer, limit the thinking of students, also ignores students’ subjectivity, causes of the problems is not entirely the responsibility of teachers, environment examination and the factors of the school. Students’problems are mainly learn basic knowledge of the language attitude is not positive, machine learning, such problems as people think, and now the network relations developed to a certain extent, learning to opportunistic, something for nothing, in the long term the language foundation is not solid, then using ability is poor.Finally, I put forward Suggestions on teaching basic knowledge of the No.4 Middle School of Yanji, the first suggested that the school can give teachers and students to provide a good learning atmosphere, the knowledge development representative school-based teaching materials, appropriate transformation test form. Secondly teachers should set up the correct concept of knowledge, inspire the students’ initiative study Chinese basic knowledge, can’t let students passively accept knowledge, train the students to actively explore knowledge desire; Finally the students will learn basic knowledge of the language attitude, extrapolate, diligent people think, live learning basic knowledge of the language.
