The implementation of the hierarchical teaching to give each student individual study on the sense of achievement, enhance the identity, to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students in cooperative learning and living the interaction between, improve the relationship between teachers and students, promoting the fusion of the relationship between the students, and to improve the classroom efficiency. To every student can improve and progress in their own level. For carrying out quality education, make education can face all student, through personalized education make every student can grow and progress, the seventh Ji’an middle school attempt to actively expand the new teaching mode, through stratified teaching, improve teachers’ quality, pay attention to students’ personalized development, improve the classroom teaching quality and efficiency, and actively build effective language classroom, cultivate the students’ learning autonomy and creativity, in classroom teaching can give full play to the initiative and creativity of teachers and students both sides, improve the quality of Chinese teaching.For carrying out quality education, make education can face all student, through personalized education enable every student to grow and progress, the seventh Ji’an middle school actively trying a new teaching mode, through stratified teaching, improve teachers’ quality, pay attention to students’ personalized development, improve the classroom teaching quality and efficiency, actively building efficient language classroom, cultivate the students’ learning autonomy and creativity, in classroom teaching can give full play to the initiative and creativity of teachers and students both sides, improve the quality of Chinese teaching.This article is based on hierarchical teaching on the basis of theoretical research, based on the objective practice, on the seventh Ji’an middle school Chinese investigation and analysis on the implementation of the stratified teaching. Mainly in the form of questionnaire survey form, questionnaire including 25 of school language teacher and extraction of 348 students, through the results of the questionnaire data analysis, respectively from the school of stratified teaching, teachers’stratification teaching the use of the situation, students adapt to situation investigation and analysis of the hierarchical teaching. In the process of using layered teaching has advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, the insufficient place to provide feasible Suggestions and strategies.This thesis mainly divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, including topic selection is put forward, and the research purpose and significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad, the research range and method and the main definition. The second chapter mainly introduces the hierarchical teaching related theoretical basis. The third chapter mainly aimed at the seventh Ji’an middle school language stratification teaching investigation, from three perspective of schools, teachers, students, through the questionnaire survey analysis of the data and statistics. The fourth chapter sums up the seventh Ji’an according to the result the problems existing in the teaching of middle school Chinese layered and cause analysis. The fifth chapter according to the hierarchical teaching related theoretical basis and practical basis, combining with the reality based on the implementation of recommendations and strategies.
