Currently, our country isunder the crucial period and deepwater region of the reform and development. Somein-depth contradictions are being exposed. Spoilage problems, polarization between therich and the poor as well as consolidated hierarchical system are aggressively attackingsignificant achievements of the reform and development, thereby affecting humans’development consensus. Additionally, some verse effects from the trends of westernsocial thoughts such as western new liberalism, universal values and social democracyetc. complicate these problems. It cannot but arouse people’s concern and attention.Therefore, building up the correct view of equity and justice for college students can beof significant importance.After criticizing the formal justice of capitalism in the view of equity and justice,Marx and Engels put forward that the ultimate aim of the social development is toachieve substantial justice and equity. Marx and Engels’s view of equity and justicewhich is based on historical materialism view is historical and specific and the contentsvary with different times. At present, it is very necessary to strengthen the constructionof democratic politics, to security rights equality, to improve the socialist marketeconomy, to stick to distribution according to work as the main body and a variety ofmodes of distribution coexist system, to deal with the relationship between the rich firstand the rich later, to comprehensively implement the rule of law, and to strive to ensureeveryone is equal before the law so as to realize the organic unity of fair justice in bothform and essence.The thesis analyzes and studies the view of justice and equity through the way of questionnaire survey of college students in Shanxi Province. According to thequestionnaire, college students in Shanxi Province have clear understanding on justiceand equity and can also correctly understand the relationship between rule of law andjustice as well as the relationship between efficiency and equity. However, there areindividual college students has a low satisfaction on bribery and abuse of power insociety, in appraising and selecting the most outstanding or the highest quality and cheaton examination. When encountering unfair treatment, some college students makedifferent behavior choice. In terms of the cause of the problems of the college studentsthemselves, the thesis carries on the thorough analysis from the society, school, familyas well as the college students themselves. According to the four aspects of building thesocial environment of justice and equity, of perfecting the education system of the viewof college students’ equity and justice, of building family environment of equity andjustice as well as of stressing on the cultivation of college students’ view of equity andjustice, the thesis proposes the specific path to cultivate college students’ correct view ofequity and justice, thereby contributing to college students setting up correct view ofequity and justice.
