Research On Contemporary College Students' View Of Justice And Its Education

Justice is the basic concept of socialist core values,which plays a leading role in the socialist core values.College students are in an important stage of personal moral development and value forming,where the value orientation of justice gradually becomes the main aspect of moral judgment.At present,under the influence of the complicated external environment,lack of justice and improper behavior frequently occur among college students,which have become the focus of social problems.However,most colleges and universities,which lack both in-depth theoretical research and profound practical exploration,do not pay enough attention to the guidance of the education of college students' justice view.Faced with such a dilemma,based on the theory of Marx's justice,this article scientifically draws lessons from the essence of the Chinese and Western ideas of justice,and constructs the value system of justice,which is in line with Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It puts forward the basic theory and basic path of the education of college students' justice view,so as to respond to the practical puzzles in the process of moral growth of the university students,and to dispel subject dilemma of political education under the background of social transformation and cultural agitation.The systematic study on contemporary college students' view of justice and its education should insist on the principle of academic rationality exploration,politics and practice,according to the theoretical origin,current situation survey,attribution analysis and practical exploration,layer by layer.In the aspect of theoretical origin,by systematically sorting out Marxist concept of justice,innovative practice with Chinese characteristics and Chinese and western classical thoughts of justice,this paper expounds the multiple implications of justice from the three dimensions of ethical norms,institutional standards and moral norms;in terms of status quo,attention will be paid to the deviation of college students' view of justice and the realistic predicament of the education of college students' justice view through questionnaire for some colleges and universities in Fujian Province from five dimensions of cognition,emotion,awareness,behavior and feeling;as for attribution analysis,by examining the social environment of ideological and political education in colleges and the internalenvironment of universities,and the growth background of students,the author has a deep insight into the origin of the problems and realistic logic that lead to the negative performance of college students' justice views;from the perspective of practical exploration,based on basic theories of the value guidance and ideological and political education of college students,this paper defines the basic laws,goal guidance,content selection and main body functions of the education of college students' justice view.The education of college students' justice view is a systematic project of the whole people,the whole course and all-round education,which should adhere to the basic principles of combining scientificity with political nature,theory with practice,knowledge education with moral education,and integrating school education and social education with family education,by orderly advancing the four goals of deepening justice cognition,cultivating justice emotion and justice consciousness,forming justice behavior and improving justice evaluation.In the selection of core content of the education of justice view,it is necessary to combine the ethics of justice with the concept of justice in the field of social activities and also rely on our country's concrete reality to expound fair essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics,under the guidance of Marxist justice concept.Among the subject of the education of college students' justice view,colleges and universities should give full play to their leading role,make full use of educational platforms such as the curriculum,organization,culture,network,practice and psychology,and constantly innovate ways and methods to improve the effectiveness of justice education.The government should play the role of institutional guarantee to provide policy support for the education of college students' justice view.Families should give full play to advantages of kinship,change their ways of upbringing,correct their family traditions,and refine their family instructions,so as to continuously inject nutrients into the growth of college students' justice view.
