A Study On The Education Of College Students' Justice View

Justice,as the yardstick of social progress,is the foundation of the virtuous operation of society,the lofty values and the pursuit of value.In the process of constant pursuit and exploration of justice,based on the rational questioning and value demand of the way of self-existence and the rationality of behavior,there are many different views of justice.The concept of justice refers to the unity of individual moral pursuit and behavior choice.It is also the basic criterion of restricting and regulating individual behavior,that is,the highest concept expression of ideal model of harmonious society.At present,China is in the stage of comprehensively deepening reform,it is constantly encountering more realistic contradictions and western values,the correct justice establish and adhere to face enormous challenges,ideology also show some instability,the phenomenon such as lack of justice,moral landslide occurs frequently,the influence on the growth of college students to become a useful person.Therefore,the education of college students' justice,as the main component of education and ideological and political education,for the comprehensive development of college students have a greater role in promoting.On the basis of the Marxist theory of justice and the socialist core values,and absorbing the beneficial elements of Chinese traditional justice and Rawls' theory of fairness and justice,and scientific literature reading method,investigation method,comprehensive analysis and other methods,from the aspect of ethics,philosophy,pedagogy research related questions of justice of college students' education.Through the questionnaire survey to carry out research and analysis,this paper analyzes the problems in college students' justice view,and analyzes the main problems of the education.It is analyzed the justice of college students' education form and education effect,justice for college students in such aspects as cognition,emotion,will and behavior of the actual existence question and the justice of college education system on the target,content,method,etc.And the influence factors and the causes are analyzed.On the basis of this,we need to explore practical and effective solutions,it is necessary to optimize the educational system of the university from the aspects of clarifying the educational goal of college students' justice view,improving the educational content,improving the educational methods and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the educational concept of college students' justice and the social environment and set up the concept of network justice education.With a view to improving the effectiveness of college students' justice education,to help students establish a correct view of justice,consciously maintain social justice,promote the healthy operation of society,and provide guidance and reference.
