With the rapid development of education and training institutions of the enterprises, how to set up the enterprise salary, retain education the talent needed by the company, has become the main problem of the stable human resources team construction. At present a lot of the factors of enterprise salary, but related to the education and training industry are few, after reading a lot of literature, the influence of internal and external education and training of enterprise salary in 10 variables, respectively, to explore the relationship between the internal factors and external factors of enterprise salary, and the salary at the same time, using the regression analysis method, in-depth analysis of the internal and external relations in various factors with the compensation, in order to better explore the education and training of enterprise salary system design.put forward the corresponding intervention measures, mainly:to take measures from the two aspects of organization and work, pay attention to employee mental compensation;through the salary, development opportunities, good interpersonal relationship and other measures to raise the staff of the organization’s internal psychological expect.the rational management of enterprise internal resources, prevent employees because of excessive work pressure and emotional exhaustion and mental, emotional exhaustion is the main cause of most employee turnover;the establishment of a scientific and rational compensation system, namely the enterprise itself according to its own development strategy, corporate culture and education management need to provide internal "the enterprise employee professional titles". The three is the external labor market. According to the knowledge workers in the enterprise the actual salary level were investigated, to understand and judge the actual needs of knowledge workers.pay attention to with the team relationship, enterprises should have a more long-term view, the team cooperation and compensation, trying to explore the broader salary system.This papersummarizes the lack of research, the future research direction for the future. The focus of this paper is to pay on the education and training organizations, the influence of internal and external compensation of corporate training institutions in the factors that predict the basis of SPSS, these variables into the human resource management, expand the scope of influence factors of enterprise salary, enrich the field of organizational behavior and management theory, to the study of the influencing factors as far as possible a comprehensive and accurate, with the survey data on the inside and outside factors in the education and training institutions of enterprise’s salary is a practice is of positive significance.
