The two disciplines of physics and mathematics are interdependent in the exploration of nature,and they are mutually dependent in the actual teaching.Physics is a subject that cannot move forward without the companionship and dependence of mathematics.Therefore,in the teaching of the subject,physics and mathematics should be more closely related to each other,and teachers should pay attention to the reasonable penetration and collaboration between mathematics and science.In this paper,we analyze,examine and study the domestic and international research situations,and design a questionnaire on "the infiltration and application of mathematical knowledge in junior high school physics teaching",and conduct an extensive and in-depth research on teachers and students to obtain the focus and expectations of both sides on the infiltration of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching.At the same time,the physics teaching materials were systematically analyzed,and the dependence of physics knowledge on mathematics was objectively analyzed.The study also explores the infiltration and application of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching by combining actual physics teaching cases.Through the study of literature texts,questionnaires,junior high school textbooks,and teaching cases,the following aspects are explored by linking theoretical analysis and actual practice.(1)The analysis and study of a large amount of literature show that both physics and mathematics are closely related and mutually reinforcing in terms of historical development and present-day applications,and it is necessary and feasible to infiltrate mathematical knowledge into physics teaching.Physics and mathematics are similar,common and complementary in terms of subject requirements and natural exploration."This shows that the infiltration of teaching between mathematics and science is achievable.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted to study teachers' and students' perceptions and attitudes toward the infiltration of mathematics and science.The results of the survey showed that physics learning requires students to have a certain degree of mathematical foundation,and teachers and students agree that mathematical knowledge is important for physics teaching.However,teachers and students have their own "contradictions" and "needs" in the issue of "infiltration and collaboration of mathematics and science".(3)The current junior high school physics textbooks were categorized by chapter content to match mathematical knowledge,mathematical methods,and mathematical ideas,and to consider how,to what extent,and to what extent mathematics is needed in physics teaching.The analysis of this matching exercise shows that physics knowledge has different degrees of dependence on mathematics.The penetration of mathematics into physics teaching is not the use of mathematical knowledge in a "narrow" sense,but the application of a "mathematical ensemble" of mathematical ideas,mathematical knowledge,and mathematical methods in a broad sense.(4)To analyze the infiltration of mathematical knowledge and mathematical ideas in physics teaching through actual teaching cases,to study the method of "infiltration and application of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching",and to propose a specific implementation method of "mathematical and scientific infiltration teaching".The students will also propose specific implementation methods for "mathematics and science infiltration teaching".The presentation and analysis of actual teaching cases again illustrate that it is the "mathematical ensemble" that plays a role in physics teaching,and propose the basic principles and points of concern for the infiltration of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching based on the teaching cases.Finally,it is suggested that the infiltration of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching should be clearly prioritized,paying attention to the primary position of the physics content and the infiltration position of mathematical knowledge in teaching.We look forward to the research on the infiltration of mathematical knowledge in physics teaching-to use mathematics as the reason,and to achieve new things!...
