Identity Construction Of Urban White-collar Women

With the social transformation, the white-collar workers as social structure occupies an important position in the middle class, play a key role in the social operation and development,has become the object of widespread concern and social scholars. However,the process of the construction of the white-collar female identity is not so ideal and optimistic,in the dual influence of self identity and social identity and interaction,will produce a series of problems and then continuously repair and re defined, which is a long-term dynamic process. This paper discusses the white-collar women from family status,occupation identity and social identity of three aspects of analysis of identity construction,main content and way of constructing the identity of the behavior of white-collar women,and for their identity reconstruction attempt to put forward rationalization proposals.
